Discount codes cannot be applied to an order after the order has been placed. (We will not go back into the order and apply any discount, including your points)
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If the order is listed as a "pre-sale" the shipping time frame will be listed under the description of the product. Please do not include holidays or weekends as business days. Apparel and bulk rolls of vinyl can delay an order by 7 extra business days.
Out of Stock Items:
Items that are out of stock can be refunded at the discretion of JPI Blanks to fulfill the order faster. The items will be refunded once the product is shipped. If you do not want to be refunded and you would rather wait for the item to be in stock you can list this in the notes section at checkout, however the entire order will be held until that item is in stock and ready to ship.
We cannot change addresses in the system once the order has been completed. Please make sure you provide the correct address. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. If the package is under 1lb it will ship USPS. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered through tracking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact us if you are missing a package and we will work with USPS or UPS to find out why the package is missing. If a package shows delivered we cannot reship or refund that order as it has been listed as "delivered". Please do not file claims as we will need to file a claim. If a claim is filed will we not be able to correct any lost or damaged packages. You will have to speak to ups or usps about it as you have opened a claim. All packages need to be reviewed within the first 5 days of receiving the order, any discrepancies need to be emailed to JPI Blanks within those first 5 days with photos of all product received and a photo of the invoice that was in the package, after that time frame you forfeit the right for the order to be corrected or reviewed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it being undeliverable with the address you provided, we will invoice you for a new shipping charge. Once the invoice is paid the package will be resent to the new address provided. If you refuse to pay the shipping invoice the product is restocked at the full price of the order total.
Any international shipment may require additional fees including duty fees etc, this is the customer’s responsibility. There will be a restocking fee for any order that is returned to us minus shipping and fees that are owed for any returned packages.
Please understand that computer screen resolutions may vary in color, in order to help with this we do sell a book with all the different vinyl colors that will allow you to compare the colors in real life. Any order that is cancelled after being placed will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
