Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for some apparel. Please do not include holidays or weekends. We cannot add to orders once they are placed.
Flash Sales can extend the processing times up to 15 business days.
Out of Stock Items:
Items that are out of stock can be refunded at the discretion of JPI Blanks to fulfill the order faster. The items will be refunded once the product is shipped.
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered through tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if you are missing a package and we will work with USPS or UPS to find out why the package is missing. If a package shows delivered we cannot reship or refund that order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it being undeliverable with the address you provided, we will invoice for a new shipping charge. Once the invoice is paid the package will be resent to the new address provided. If you choose not to have it resent and choose to cancel the order you will be refunded minus a 10 percent restocking fee minus and shipping paid.
Orders cannot be returned after 5 days past the delivery date. Please inspect all packages within the first 5 days past the delivery date for any missing items or discrepancies. A return label will not be provided. After this time we will not replace or refund any items in the order. You will not receive the shipping amount that was paid on the original invoice as it was used to purchase the original shipping label. If the order contained free shipping the refund will be minus the shipping charge for the label that was created. If a return label is provided for damaged orders, the product must be returned within 5 business days of the date the return label was created. Please email email@example.com for more information.
Any order that is cancelled after 24 hours of it being placed will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
